Prior to her career in real estate, she was a day-trader for Standard and Poor’s 500 index funds. Faria also has a background in fashion marketing management and is the co-founder of Elan Rose Boutique Inc. In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member, she is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers. In recent years, Hudson Edge Real Estate has focused on dynamic portfolio expansion in the retail and industrial sectors.
